For best results we recommend that you use your LED mask for 10 minutes, 3-5 times a week for 4-6 weeks following the below steps:

• Secure the red light mask using the velcro straps, adjusting as needed for a comfortable fit.
• Start the 10-minute treatment. Your mask will automatically turn off when the treatment is complete.
