1. Gently apply your Preparation Gel to the treatment areas
2. Remove the device cap and ensure it is plugged into a power outlet
3. Turn on your device and apply to the treatment area with all electrodes touching the skin
4. Work in small circles over the treatment area to engage the orange light
5. Continue treating the area for 4-5 minutes before moving onto the next treatment area
6. Once complete, turn off the device and wipe clean with a cloth before replacing the device cap
7. Repeat 2-3 times per week for a period of 6-8 weeks
